2、In order to minimize the impact of equipment downtime on custumer production, our company has established a rapid response mechanism. When receiving the after-sales requests from customers, we will promptly communicate with them, understand the fault situation, and arrange technicians to solve the problem through remote network video within 24 hours. If necesary, they will also go to the site in 48 hours.
3、After completing the equipment maintenance or installation and commissioning, the after-sales service team will conduct regular follow-up visits to customers to understand the usage of the equipment and the customers' satisfaction levels, collect their opinions and suggestions, and provide important basis for optimizing and upgrading the equipment.
